📄️ Activity Events

File Watcher and Adobe Feed Watcher events are two types of user-defined events currently supported by the Syntasa platform. This screen will give a summary view of those records for a given time period. Using the Range, Start/End date, and time zone, users can filter out the required event details. Records can be downloaded and Columns can be sorted and filtered.

📄️ Tasks

The purpose of this screen is to get the summary of the task details for each job executed. The grid has a download button to download the filtered details. Users can filter grid detail either by selecting the Date range or choosing the App, Job name, and Step type.

📄️ Executions

This screen will give a summary view of the execution list of all jobs across all apps in Syntasa for a given time period. Using the Range, Start/End date, Timezone, App, and Job filters, users can filter out the required execution details of apps.  Records can be downloaded using the DOWNLOAD button. Columns can be sorted and filtered.

📄️ Job Tracker

The purpose of this screen is to get a summary view of the last run of all jobs across all apps running in Syntasa.  This screen can be used to gain a quick understanding of the status of jobs that ran or an understanding of all the production jobs running for a particular app or module.  Columns can be sorted and filtered. additionally, records can be downloaded using the DOWNLOAD button.

📄️ Syntasa Platform Monitoring

When subscribing to Syntasa monitoring and managed services, there are several data checks and notifications that are configured so that the team can provide fast remedies when needed. The setup of the monitoring services consists of two parts: the gathering of needed system information and the analysis and notifying of specified scenarios based on the information.
